Karen's goal for her professional and for her personal life is to be able to be of service to people who come into her sphere of influence. She worked in sales and service management for the fast-paced commercial printing pre-press industry in Metro Atlanta for 21 years before leaving to become a Realtor in 1997. Her goal was to continue to be in a service industry, but to have the flexibility to form relationships with clients that would result in the mutual, lasting satisfaction that comes with helping people make important decisions about their lives - including where they want to live, play, and raise their families. Karen has been blessed with a broad client base of people who have listed and sold their homes with her. Many of them have moved out of state and some of those have returned to Georgia to make their homes here again - and when they did, they called Karen to be their Buyer's Agent. She has extensive experience with Sellers and Buyers in multiple price ranges. About 90% of her business comes from past clients themselves and referrals from her clients and her local sphere of influence. She has a respected reputation for honesty and integrity in her business and personal life. Her detail-oriented approach to all her business makes her a true hands-on Realtor and she has your very best interest at heart.
